María Paulina is an attorney-at-law from Universidad del Rosario (1990) with a specialization in Industrial and Intellectual Property Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia (1998).

 

María Paulina has experience of over 25 years, she supports the firm as external consultant in filing applications for registration and trademark proceedings with the Colombian authorities, as well as in foreign trademark registrations; licensing contracts for brand use and franchises. Likewise, she is in charge of conciliation proceedings regarding trademark infringement before the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, D.C. and Medellín, as well as demands in trademark matters before the Council of State.

 

She has been speaker in recent years in forums organized by ANIF "National Association of Financial Institutions" in relation to the importance of intangible assets in the commercial value of companies.

 

She speaks Spanish and English.
